Prices
- All prices are shown in £ sterling and are VAT inclusive.
- We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
Deliveries
- Standard Delivery Charges are as follows: Northern Ireland - £ 5.95, UK - £ 8.95, Republic Of Ireland - £ 8.95. Heavier items are subject to an additional charge. Please refer to item listing for any indication of such a charge.
- All products are subject to availability and may changed at any time. You will be offered an alternative or full refund if your order cannot be fulfilled.
- Deliveries are normally made within 7 days from receipt of order, a signature may be required.
- If there is a delay in delivery time we will notify you within 3 working days and will advise you of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available. You will then have the opportunity of cancelling the order if the expected delivery date is not satisfactory.
- In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us. In the case of non delivery please wait 14 days from the date of your order in case it is delayed. In the case of damage, please retain the goods and contact us within 3 working days of receipt and we will arrange for the item to be exchanged.
- Under the Distance Selling Directive you may cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery. To cancel your order and receive a refund you must confirm this in writing and return the item in it's original packaging quoting "contract cancellation" to:

Payment
- Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. Please phone us directly with card details. We also accept cheques, we will despatch goods once the cheque has cleared.
- We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to keep details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable of any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing and ordering.
